1. Details of the declarant, hereinafter referred to as "the Declarant"<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The declaration can only be sent by the person authorised to represent all companies comprising the capital group.\u00a0<\/strong>Please prepare powers of attorney signed by the persons authorised to represent each of the companies, in accordance with their rules of representation. Scans of the signed powers of attorney should be emailed to biuro@eizba.pl. A specimen power of attorney can be found below in the declaration.<\/p>\n

On the basis of the declaration and the resolution of the Management Board with respect to the accession of a new Member, all companies in the group will be treated as one e-Chamber Member. Therefore, this is how the term is to be understood when used in the further part of the declaration. The entire capital group will also be referred to as an e-Chamber Member. All companies comprising the capital group are jointly and severally liable for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the group’s membership of the e-Chamber, in particular for the payment of the membership fee. At the same time, all companies comprising the capital group indicate as the entity authorised to represent them before the e-Chamber (passively and actively) the company specified in item 1 below and the person indicated in item 2 of the declaration.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The term \u201cDeclarant\u201d as used in the further part of the declaration is to be understood as the entire capital group and all its constituent companies.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
